Randall's Chapel Church will have a Gospel Concert featuring Nadine and Stevie on Sunday, May 3rd at 9:45 am. The Columbus County duet sings of the mercy of the Lord with passion and conviction.  Their message in song will bring hope and inspiration. Galilee Missionary Baptist Church will be celebrating their pastor Reverend Anthony Raeford's 5th Anniversary on Sunday, May 3rd at 11 am and at 2:30 pm. The church is located at 2017 Galilee Road, Smithfield.

Adult Respite Care of First Baptist Church Smithfield holds The ARC Day every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. This is a non-profit ministry providing activities and companionship in a group setting for older adults. For more information, or to schedule a trial day, call Faith Bailey at 919-272-8582. Wilson's Mills Church of God will hold Revival Services now through Sunday, May 3rd. Weeknight services begin at 7:30pm, Saturday at 5pm, and Sunday at 11:00am and 5:00pm. Evangelist Harold Hanks is the guest speaker. The church is located at 4869 Wilson's Mills Road in Clayton.

Piney Grove Chapel Baptist Church will hold Revival Services Sunday, May 3rd through Thursday, May 7th. Sunday morning service will be held at 8:30 and 11:00 am with guest speaker Brad Lee. Sunday night service will begin at 7:00 pm with guest speaker Brandon Blair. Monday through Thursday services will begin at 7:00 pm. Monday night guest speaker will be Cameron McGill; Tuesday night guest speaker will be Phil Qualls; Wednesday night guest speaker will be Mike Whitson; and Thursday night guest speaker will be Lee Pigg. Powhatan Original Free Will Baptist Church  will hold its semi-annual BBQ Chicken Fundraiser on Friday, May 8th from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. Mount Zion UMC invites you to “Go2GodIn Prayer” on the First Sunday of each month at 12:30pm in the church sanctuary. Bethesda Baptist Church is now enrolling for the WeeOnes 2015-16 School Year. This is a caring Christ-centered Weekday Early Education ministry for children age 2 through Pre-K. Lighthouse Baptist Church is accepting food and money donations for their Backpack Buddy Program. Edgerton Memorial United Methodist Church hosts a free Mental Health Support Group that meets every Monday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The church is located at 401 West Anderson Street in Selma.

Bethesda Baptist Church invites you to come and experience the excitement of Awana on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Awana is designed to help churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children. At Bethesda, Awana includes ages 2 through through youth as well as Adult Bible Study. LOGOS, a faith-based program of education and fun for children and youth, has launched at Providence Presbyterian Church, 14664 NC Hwy 210 near McGee’s Crossroads. Meetings are from 5:00 to 7:00pm on the first and third Sundays of the month. An adult Bible study meets at 5 p.m. on those Sundays. The Smithfield Church of God's Men's Ministry hosts a Community Breakfast on the First Saturday of each month. A buffet breakfast is served from 8:00am to 9:00am. Burnell Baptist Church on Old School Road near Four Oaks will have Girls In Action (GAs) and Royal Ambassadors (RAs) programs on Sunday nights at 6:00pm for children in 1st-6th grades. Smithfield First Baptist Church is now accepting applications for the 2014-2015 Weekday Early Education Program. The half day classes are for children ages 2 through 4. The Healing Hope Cancer Support Group sponsored by the Stephen Ministry at Mount Zion United Methodist Church holds meetings each month on the third Monday.
