Canceled Due To Weather The Family Worship Church will have the Singing Cookes and The Cooke Brothers in concert on Friday, February 27th at 7:00 pm. The church is located on 301 South (South Brightleaf Boulevard) in Smithfield.

A gospel sing featuring Southern Ambassadors on Friday, February 27th at 7:00pm at the MDS Building located at 206 Skyland Drive in Smithfield. A love offering will be taken. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. For more information call 919-795-4902.

Wilson's Mills Church of God is having Ignite The Fire Youth Explosion 2015 on Friday, February 27th at 7:30 pm and Saturday, February 28th at 5:00 pm. Guest speaker will be Pastor Matt Gunter from Asheboro. All ages are invited. There will be a Missions Hot Dog Fundraiser on Saturday, February 28 from 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm. Blackman's Grove Baptist Church will be having a Pancake and Sausage Supper on Friday, March 6th from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The pancake supper will be held at the Church Fellowship Center located on Wood-Lee Road. There will also be a Cake Auction around 6:30 pm. Donations will be accepted. Pleasant Hill OFWB Church is having a Yard Sale, Bake Sale & Breakfast on Saturday, March 7th from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. There will be craft supplies, vases, candles, christmas decorations, household items, books, furniture, videos, toys and more. All proceeds to to missions. The church is located at 1080 Gurley Dairy Road in Pikeville.

Lanwood's Chapel is having a Spaghetti Supper on Saturday, March 7th from 12:00-7:00 pm. Plates will be $7 and come with spaghetti, salad, bread and dessert and are available to eat in or carry out. Holly Grove Advent Christian Church will be having a Country Breakfast on Saturday, March 7th from 7:00 am until 10:30 am at the church, located in the Meadow Community. Proceeds will benefit missions.

New Zealand PFWB Church will be hold Revival Services from Sunday, March 8th through Wednesday, March 11th with Rev. Della Grace Hargis. Sunday services will begin at 11:00 am Sunday evening service is at 6:00 pm. Monday - Wednesday services will be held at 7:00 pm. Mount Zion United Methodist Church is having an Ole Fashion Supper on Saturday, March 14th from 4:00-8:00 pm. Tickets are $9 for adults and $4 for children ages 4 to 12 and free for children 3 and under. The menu includes fried chicken, barbeque, ham, chicken and pastry, hot dogs, fat back, streak-o-lean and even chitterlings. Side items include collards, potatoes and green beans. Homemade hushpuppies and buttered biscuits and top it all off with a dessert. Tickets are available ahead of time by calling the church office at 919-772-8415 and can also be purchased the door. Mount Zion UMC invites you to “Go2GodIn Prayer” on the First Sunday of each month at 12:30pm in the church sanctuary. Bethesda Baptist Church is now enrolling for the WeeOnes 2015-16 School Year. This is a caring Christ-centered Weekday Early Education ministry for children age 2 through Pre-K. Lighthouse Baptist Church is accepting food and money donations for their Backpack Buddy Program. LOGOS, a faith-based program of education and fun for children and youth, has launched at Providence Presbyterian Church, 14664 NC Hwy 210 near McGee’s Crossroads. Meetings are from 5:00 to 7:00pm on the first and third Sundays of the month. An adult Bible study meets at 5 p.m. on those Sundays. The Smithfield Church of God's Men's Ministry hosts a Community Breakfast on the First Saturday of each month. A buffet breakfast is served from 8:00am to 9:00am. Smithfield First Baptist Church is now accepting applications for the 2014-2015 Weekday Early Education Program. The half day classes are for children ages 2 through 4.
